Start by sharing your vision with me — the season you’re in, the people you love, and the moments you never want to forget. From there, I’ll guide you through everything from location ideas to what to wear so your session feels effortless and true to you.

2. Session Planning

We’ll connect and start bringing your session to life. This is where I learn your story, your energy, and what matters most to you so your photos feel natural, meaningful, and completely personal.

3. Picture time

This is the fun part 🤍

No stiff posing — just movement, prompts, and real connection. I’ll gently guide you the entire time so you can relax, be yourselves, and soak in the moment while I capture it in warm, golden light.

4. Delivering photos

Your gallery is delivered with care, filled with true-to-color images that feel just like the memories themselves. These are the moments you’ll come back to for years — the ones that will only grow more meaningful with time.

1.DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE FOR SESSIONS OUTSIDE YOUR AREA?

Yes, travel within 30 miles round trip from Naples, Florida is included in your session fee. For locations beyond that, I charge a travel fee of $0.73 per mile (not round trip) after the first 30 miles.

I'm always happy to come to you-just reach out with your location, and I'll provide an exact quote!

For example: You live in Venice, Florida. This is a 96 mile trip from my location (one way). Your travel fee would be $118.26.

192 miles(roundtrip) -30 miles =162 miles.

162 (roundtrip) x $0.73=$118.26.

2. WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR TO OUR SESSION?

Wear something that feels like you! Neutral tones and simple patterns work beautifully, but the most important thing is that you're comfortable and confident. I'm happy to help you coordinate outfits or give guidance based on your location and vibe. Please include this, if you need help, in the "Have any questions or concerns?" section of the contact form.

3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours or the session is a no-show, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited to cover the time reserved.

Rescheduling with proper notice will be accommodated whenever possible, and your deposit will be applied to the new date. In case of weather or emergencies, we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis with flexibility in mind.

4. CAN I PURCHASE MORE PHOTOS THAN WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?

Yes! Each session package includes a set number of edited images, but if you fall in love with more (and most clients do!), you'll have the option to purchase additional photos for $10 per photo.

5. CAN WE CHOOSE THE LOCATION FOR OUR PHOTO SHOOT?

Absolutely! or I have many locations to choose from! Just keep in kind I do have a travel fee if the locations is over 50 miles.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely! I love when clients share inspiration- it helps me understand your vision. Feel free to send me a Pinterest board or a few example images ahead of time so I can tailor the session to your style and preferences.

During our session, I'll guide you naturally through a variety of poses, but at the end, I always take a moment to show you my own Pinterest board of your session to make sure we didn't miss anything. If there's something specific you'd still like to try, we'll fit it in before we wrap up the session!

7. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the day of your session.

8. HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

You can expect your fully edited, high-resolution images to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks after your session, maybe quicker depending on my work load. I take great care in selecting and retouching each photo to ensure the highest quality. Once ready, your photos will be available in a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.
